Wet Installation Instructions
Using a wet application method allows you to slide the vinyl into the perfect position before it sticks.
- Clean: Thoroughly wash, degrease, and dry the bonnet surface.
- Mix Solution: Fill a spray bottle with water and 2–3 drops of mild dish soap.
- Prep Surface: Spray the bonnet area generously with the soapy solution.
- Prep Vinyl: Peel the backing paper off and spray the sticky side of the stripe.
- Position: Place the stripe onto the wet bonnet. Slide it until perfectly aligned.
- Squeegee: Use a vinyl squeegee tool from the centre outward to push out all water.
- Dry & Finish: Wipe away excess water, let it dry, and carefully peel the transfer tape.
